Peanut Szechaun Sauce

This sauce is great over buckwheat noodles, with some fried tofu and steamed broccoli.

Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
hot sauce or chili sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce

Directions
Mix together ingredients and pour over sauted vegetables, before adding cooked noodles.
