The original registers are in the care of the NRO, from whom copies on fiches may be purchased. The registers may also be seen on microfilm at Mormon Church (LDS) centres. The marriage entries from 1749 to 1753 inclusive are very hard to read and in a few cases totally illegible. A much higher rate of error in the transcription of these names may therefore be anticipated and great caution in using them is advised.
